Politika zasebnosti in varovanje osebnih podatkov

Politiko zasebnosti in varovanja osebnih podatkov je vodstvo IKPP d.o.o. sprejelo na svoji seji 25.5.2018 in Kodeks poklicne etike sodelavk IKPP d.o.o. na svoji seji 10. 11. 2022.
Vaše osebne podatke obdelujemo v skladu z evropsko zakonodajo GDPR (Uredba EU 2016/697 o varstvu posameznikov pri obdelavi osebnih podatkov in o pretoku takih podatkov in v skladu z Zakonom o varstvu osebnih podatkov (ZVOP-1 in ZVOP-2, Uradni list RS, št. 136/22). S svojo registracijo soglašate, da vaše osebne podatke hranimo in uporabljamo za namen, za katerega ste jih napisali. Z vašimi podatki bomo ravnali skladno z določili GDPR. IKPP d.o.o. se zavezuje k trajnemu varovanju vseh osebnih podatkov, ki nam jih posredujete. Za varovanje osebnih podatkov je odgovoren tudi sam uporabnik  tako, da poskrbi za varnost svojega uporabniškega imena in gesla.

Če nam svojih osebnih podatkov ne želite posredovati, se žal ne morete registrirati in sodelovati pri razpisanem dogodku. Privolitev za nadaljnjo obdelavo osebnih podatkov z namenom nadaljnjega pošiljanja obvestil IKPP d.o.o. posredujete le v primeru, da to želite in izrecno dovolite. Če se strinjate, da vas  obveščamo, štejemo to kot vašo osebno privolitev (GDPR).

Vaše osebne podatke bomo hranili do preklica in jih ne bomo posredovali tretjim osebam. Po GDPR imate pravico do dostopa do svojih osebnih podatkov, popravka, izbrisa (v primeru osebne privolitve), do omejitve obdelave in do prenosljivosti podatkov. Za vprašanja v zvezi z varstvom osebnih podatkov ali ugovori se lahko obrnete na IKPP d.o.o. IKPP d.o.o. v nobenem primeru vaših  osebnih podatkov ne posreduje tretjim nepooblaščenim osebam.

IKPP d.o.o. hrani osebne podatke le toliko časa, dokler je to potrebno za uresničitev namena, zaradi katerega so osebni podatki zbrani in obdelovani. IKPP d.o.o. upošteva roke hrambe glede na zahteve področne zakonodaje (Zakon o zdravstvenem varstvu in zdravstvenem zavarovanju (ZZVZZ), Zakon o zbirkah podatkov s področja zdravstvenega varstva (ZZPPZ)). Zdravstveni dosje in popis bolezni smo dolžni hraniti 15 let in 10 let po pacientovi smrti.

Po izvedenem plačilu boste račun prejeli na vaš elektronski naslov v 8 dneh. Na računu je navedena razčlenjena cena skupaj z DDV-jem. Preden plačate, preverite podatke, ki ste jih napisali.

The Privacy Policy and Protection of Personal Data

The Privacy Policy and Protection of Personal Data has been adopted by the IKPP d.o.o. management board at its meeting on May 25, 2018 and the Code of Professional Ethics of Employees of IKPP d.o.o. at its meeting on November 10, 2022. Your personal data is processed in accordance with European legislation GDPR (Regulation EU 2016/697 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1 and ZVOP-2, Official Gazette of the RS, no. 136/22). By registering, you agree that we store and use your personal data for the purpose for which you provided it. We will handle your data in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR. IKPP d.o.o. is committed to the permanent protection of all personal data that you provide us with. The user is also responsible for the protection of their personal data, by ensuring the security of their username and password. If you do not want to provide us with your personal data, unfortunately, you cannot register and participate in the announced event. The consent for further processing of personal data for the purpose of sending further notifications from IKPP d.o.o. is given only if you want and explicitly allow it. If you agree to be informed, we consider this to be your personal consent (GDPR). We will keep your personal data until it is revoked and will not disclose it to third parties. According to the GDPR, you have the right to access your personal data, correction, deletion (in case of personal consent), restriction of processing and data portability. For questions regarding data protection or objections, you can contact IKPP d.o.o. IKPP d.o.o. will never disclose your personal data to third unauthorized parties.

IKPP d.o.o. stores personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the personal data was collected and processed. IKPP d.o.o. respects retention periods based on the requirements of sector legislation (Health Care and Health Insurance Act (ZZVZZ), Collection of Data Act from the Field of Health Care (ZZPPZ)). The health record and disease description must be kept for 15 years and 10 years after the patient’s death.
